image description because lol

it's a foldable phone displaying a lock screen

the middle column of buttons is "behind" the hinge

how do you unlock it? hope your pin doesn't have any 2s, 5s, or 8s...

@yo why don't u click one of the left or right buttons

@pounce because the screen is cracked where it folds, which completely killed the OLED pixels in that crease causing it to malfunction and lose all touch sensitivity

@yo no sorry i mean the left or right arrows off-center of the numpad
this is garbage but i have a tablet with OneUI and those left-right arrows on the lockscreen in tablet mode let you move your numpad out of the center where things are dumb
@yo like thinking this is dumb is valid but im offering solutions if ya want them

@pounce that pic isn’t mine, I’m just making fun of Samsungs folding phone breaking because it was folded lol

@yo it's just a "beta"... like most current "new" technology. x.x flexible displays in the current state are not as robust as normal displays. it begins with the "crack" after a certain time and ends with easy scratching (very soft display surface). ;)

@scops maybe I’m wrong but wouldn’t physics now allow a bendable glass without compromises? Unless we discover a brand new material that comes out of no where

@yo just a hint: mrmobile has done some very nice videos about such phones... => no the current tech isn't able to make bendable glass without compromises.
