for actual muscle bulking there's no fucking way you would ever get enough protein with anything resembling a normal diet so just buy a tub of pea protein and put some in smoothies. and if you arent bulking you dont need to eat a t bone steak every day to get enough protein. this isnt hard

@dankwraith what is your preferred pea protein? i lost a lot of muscle mass while sick and I am trying to slow it down while I am still too sick to work out :( been honestly eating a can of tuna once or twice a day to try to make up for it but hitting that 100g can be a chore.

one big issue with explaining this stuff to my long term highschool friends is that they can't actually fathom the idea that i'm not trying to bulk up right now anyway. they've all been body builders since middle school and are a bit solipsistic lmao
