I've been inside the FB offices in Manhattan before for tours and meetups, the security is such that you can't even go to one floor from another without a keycard.

Every area is locked by default because they're so paranoid about physical security.

Amazing that they would put so much effort into doing that and then the locks are subject to a single point of failure.

Thinking ahead and planning for the future is so antithetical to capitalism that these companies would rather literally hang themselves than consider the consequences of their decisions
